All SillyFish products are made to order.
• Order processing time is 2 to 7 business days before dispatch
• Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

3. Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order value
• Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown at checkout before payment
4. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

5. Shipping Restrictions
• Currently, we ship only within India
• If your delivery location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will inform you via email
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
SillyFish is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or other external factors.
If your package appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to support@sillyfish.in, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@sillyfish.in, along with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Our team will review the issue and work toward a prompt resolution.
