At SillyFish, every product is made to order specifically for you. This approach ensures exclusivity and helps reduce waste. As a result, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or refunds as a standard practice.
Exceptions
We only offer a replacement or refund in the following situations:
Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or is damaged during shipping.
Incorrect Order
If you receive a product that does not match your order, such as an incorrect size, color, or design.
Product Condition Requirement
For any approved replacement or refund request, the product must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused and unworn.

All original tags must be intact and attached.

The product must be returned in its original condition.
If tags are removed, the product shows signs of wear, washing, or damage after delivery, the request will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
How to Request a Replacement or Refund

Share your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photos of the defect or incorrect item.

Refunds or replacements are not provided for incorrect size selection or personal preference. We strongly recommend reviewing the Size Guide before placing your order.

Requests submitted after 07 days of delivery will not be eligible for review.
